Homemade treats for the soul
From the moment we stepped in, the aroma of fresh flowers and the delightful homemade scones set the tone for our stay. Carol and Danny provided a warm and friendly atmosphere, ensuring every detail was charming. Breakfast was a feast, with plenty to choose from, leaving us excited every morning.
The only downside was the en-suite, which felt a bit snug for someone my size. While it was impeccably clean, I did wish for a little extra space. the rest of the experience easily outweighed this minor issue.

I had a lovely time at Audley Guest House. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space. The attention to detail was impressive. I appreciated the daily supply of milk for my tea. Breakfast was a highlight—huge portions with lots of variety, and the homemade cakes on arrival were a delightful surprise. Carol and Danny made me feel welcomed and were incredibly accommodating. On the downside, the shower cubicle felt a bit cramped, and I noticed the hot water seemed limited in the early mornings. Those were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Spent two nights at Audley Guest House for our honeymoon, and it was perfect! Carol and Danny were so welcoming, and the prosecco and chocolates were a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious—definitely worth it. A bit of a cramped shower but everything else was spot on!

beautiful Victorian house, free Wi-Fi, tear-off maps for exploration
Shower cubicle too small for comfort, inconsistent hot water availability during mornings!!! A plug socket near the mirror would enhance guest convenience, especially for styling hair!!!
